Though ZIPAIR's ticket counter is located in Terminal B, flights depart from Terminal A. Flights arrive in the International Arrivals building, located just past the Terminal A ticketing lobbies.
If you are parking your car at SJC while you travel, the most convenient parking lots for ZIPAIR are Lots 2 (arrivals) and 3 (departures). Save time and reserve parking in advance.
