Located in Terminal B across from Gate 19, San José Mac + Cheese Kitchen invites you to choose a Signature Mac, or customize your very own cheesy-skillet creation with fresh high-quality ingredients – starting with a choice of creamy cheddar cheese sauce or 5-cheese white sauce, mixed with a premium protein (grilled chicken, smoked bacon or BBQ pulled pork) and topped off with your choice of add-ons and toasted breadcrumbs. It’s then crisped in the oven, drizzled with finishing sauce and ready to eat in 4 minutes!

At Mac + Cheese Kitchen you’ll also find unique breakfast Mac + Cheese Burritos, kids’ Lil Macs, Grilled Mac + Cheese Sandwiches and a full bar showcasing local beer, craft cocktails and California wine.
