Decades ahead of his time, Vic "The Trader" Bergeron chose to offer Pan-Asian dishes alongside the then-contemporary Continental cuisine, creating the original fusion menu. Today, Trader Vic's continues the tradition with an ever-evolving menu featuring dishes from the Mediterranean, the Middle East and Asia. We are proud to bring this tradition to the San José Mineta International Airport, with a variety of specialty dishes featuring The Trader's original inspiration, and the world-famous Mai Tai cocktail.
