SJC’s fourth annual activation in honor of the history and future of flight
San José, Calif. — Today, Aug. 19, National Aviation Week kicked off at San José Mineta International Airport. SJC is celebrating with a mix of interactive activities, aviation-themed fun and exciting ways for passengers to engage with the Airport through Monday, Sept. 1. This is SJC’s fourth annual celebration of National Aviation Week, a time to celebrate the history and future of flight, recognize the contributions of those in the aviation industry and inspire future generations in aviation.
Sticker Search: Collect, Explore, Enjoy!
Throughout the terminals, travelers can explore SJC’s shops and restaurants while collecting unique stickers. Each design features the Airport’s own Ernie + Friends characters combined with elements from participating concessions.
It’s easy — follow the clues at flysanjose.com/aviation, collect a sticker at each location and add it to your collection. It’s a fun way to explore SJC and pick up the perfect souvenir. There are 12 designs in all and over 10,000 stickers up for grabs!
