Managing Your Reservation
Reservations can be modified up until the date of your reservation. It is not possible to extend a booking after that time. Once inside the parking lot, any overstays past the end of your reservation will be charged at the rate posted at the entrance. Payment of overstay charges is required prior to exiting.
Visit parking.flysanjose.com and select ‘Manage my Reservation’. Your confirmation code is required to access your reservation. Reservations can be cancelled up until the beginning (date & time) of your reservation. Reservations can be modified up to 24 hours before the beginning (date & time) of your reservation.

You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund up to the beginning (date & time) of your reservation. Log on to parking.flysanjose.com and select ‘Manage my Reservation’. Requests for refunds of an unused reservation beyond the cancellation period should be made through our online form, and if approved, are subject to a 1-day fee (amount dependent on which parking product was reserved). Discounted reservations will only be refunded up to the amount actually paid.
